Refund and Returns Policy

Plattershare Shop is committed to providing you with a positive shopping experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds and replacements.

Return Window

Our standard refund and replacement policy applies for 7 days from the date your order is marked as delivered according to the tracking information.

Conditions for Return

  • The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returned to Sender

If you provide an incorrect shipping address and your order is returned to us, we can offer the following options:

  • Reshipment: We can reship the order to the correct address for a shipping and handling fee.
  • Refund: We can issue a refund, but it will not include the original shipping costs, priority processing fees, or insurance. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • In some cases, returned packages may be refused by the manufacturer or lost in transit. If we do not receive the package back, we can offer a 50% store credit towards a new item.
  • If you provided the correct address and your order is returned to sender, we will reship the order to the same address free of charge. If you want to change the address, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling fee.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at [email protected] to request a return authorization with your name, order number, and a brief explanation for the return.
  2. We will provide you with a return address (once a return is authorized).
  3. Do not return your purchase to the address on the package.
  4. You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Please note that returns sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at [email protected] if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the unwanted item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Order Cancellation

Since our products are printed on demand specifically for each order, we can only cancel or modify orders within 12 hours of purchase.

International Shipping

Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and charges, if any are not included in our base price and are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned item.
  • We will issue a full refund for the product cost, excluding return shipping charges, if the return is approved.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days upon receiving the returned item.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
